1. The concept

Ketchway proposes authentic and high quality products from all over the world, designed and made with great care by craftsmen or companies with proven know-how.

 

2. How do I pay?

The payment is the last step of the buying process. Once the product is chosen, your contact details registered and your account details created, the payment of your order is completed through a secure solution.

 

3. If a product appears in stock on the site, is it always available in reality?

Updating stock-inventory takes place every day so it is very rare that one of our products is not available. If it is unavailable you will be notified and we will do our very best to send you your order as soon as possible.

 

4. What about deliveries?

Ketchway processes and ships your order within an average of between 3 and 6 working days.

There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

 

5. What should I do if the product I ordered was not delivered?

If your order has not been delivered, please contact us immediately so we can check with our transporter.
